the Land you need.

the partner you want.

Two corporate sales executives who saw what was broken in land acquisition and decided to do something about it. No aggressive tactics, no surface-level offers. Just rigorous sourcing, honest valuations, and deals where everyone leaves the table better off.

Justin Solimine

Co-Founder, Jensen Solimine

Justin Solimine grew up surrounded by real estate. With family deeply rooted in the industry, he developed an early understanding of how development actually works; not just the transaction, but the construction, the permitting, the builder’s math. That foundation is what makes him different.

Before co-founding Jensen Solimine, Justin built his career in high-performance sales, where he learned that the best deals are built on preparation, not pressure. He brought that same discipline into land.

At Jensen Solimine, Justin specializes in vacant land acquisition across Florida and Tennessee. His process starts with market research, not a contact list. He identifies zip codes with active new construction, consults local builders on their exact criteria, and sources land that fits before making a single call. By the time he reaches a landowner, he already knows whether the deal works.

His construction background gives him a builder’s eye. He evaluates setbacks, lot coverage, and permitting timelines the way a developer would. A deal is a yes when the zoning works, comparable sales support the price, and there’s enough margin for the builder to win. If the numbers don’t hold up, the answer is no.

Based in Connecticut, Justin Solimine is building Jensen Solimine for the long term.

Noah Jensen

Co-Founder, Jensen Solimine

Noah Jensen grew up in Bethel, Connecticut with real estate in his blood. His grandmother was a top-producing agent in California, and his mother spent her career photographing the region’s most prominent developers and investors. That early exposure turned into a genuine obsession with land, development, and how deals get done.

Before co-founding Jensen Solimine, Noah spent years at Salesforce building and scaling small and medium-sized businesses; an experience that sharpened the instincts he now brings to every acquisition: rigorous discovery, transparent communication, and a client-first mindset that never puts the transaction ahead of the outcome.

At Jensen Solimine, Noah specializes in off-market infill lots and residential vacant land. The firm uses proprietary technology to identify parcels that have sat dormant for five or more years and reaches out directly to owners who have never considered selling. Before any offer is made, Noah verifies zoning, utility access, and variance potential with local planning authorities; so the land reaching a developer is de-risked, development-ready, and priced on real data.

His approach is simple: both sides of the table should leave better off. That’s the standard he holds every deal to.

Noah is based in New York City.
